Bio
Paul is a worship leader/songwriter from Charleston, South Carolina. He currently serves as Worship Pastor of Abundant Life Church. He leads worship for Mountain of Worship, a Columbia-based ministry, at their two annual International Conferences featuring speakers such as Heidi and Rolland Baker, Georgian Banov, Bob Jones, and many others. Paul also leads a worship team comprised of many worship leaders from around the Charleston area that have come together to lead monthly city-wide worship services.
His ministry is to help people to live full lives of worship and to create music that helps people to experience the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ in their life. Paul has the anointing of a psalmist, and will often sing new spontaneous songs over gatherings. Many of the songs that he writes come out of these spontaneous moments. He ministers to small groups and to churches in a very intimate atmosphere and style of worship, usually focused on soaking in the presence of the God. Paul's desire is to help edify the church through music so that the body of Christ (as well as people who don’t know the Lord) can experience Him in a more tangible way and that the sounds of music through the power of the Gospel can reach the soul of man. He also has a vision to see the body of Christ in the cities of America come together to worship, not only in service, but in spirit and truth on a continual basis.
Paul grew up in Charleston and went to college at Oral Roberts University and The College of Charleston. He and his wife, Corey, live in Charleston with their daughter Evangeline. Paul loves the local church and will always be a part of what God is doing in it.
